Approach:
My constant intention is to maintain an open, non-judgmental, and positive attitude.
I support individuals facing various life challenges, such as anxiety, bereavement (including pets), depression, the effects of trauma, low self-esteem, migration, relationship struggles, study and work stress, in making positive changes that align with their desires. I adopt a holistic approach, considering body, mind, social, and spiritual factors when appropriate, and a pluralistic perspective, valuing different ways of working rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Above all, I prioritise my clients’ autonomy and agency.
I work in Polish and English.
