Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling (CPCAB 2013)

Level 5/6 Diploma in Trauma Therapy (CPCAB 2023)

Certificate in relational Trauma Skills (Somatopia Institute 2025)

Training & My approach:

I originally trained in Clinical hypnotherapy, person centred CBT and Transactional Analysis, further training in attachment trauma, somatic psychotherapy, cycles of interactions, relational trauma and shame and polyvagal theory have developed my practice. I offer a safe space to explore trauma through psych-education, stabilisation and integration.
